1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our AI architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Deliverables

We offer AI-generated system prompts ($150) and full platform development ($2,500 down payment). System Prompts are delivered "as-is" based on the analysis of your discovery call. Full Development service terms and final pricing are agreed upon upon review of the generated Dev Briefs.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you retain all intellectual property rights to the source code and architectures generated for your project. Oni Creative retains the right to reuse fundamental backend infrastructure patterns across non-competing projects.

4. Refunds and Down Payments

Because AI Model computation and architecture generation requires immediate resource utilization, purchases for System Prompts are non-refundable. The $2,500 Full Development down payment is non-refundable but is fully credited toward the final agreed-upon development cost.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
